A Ukranian by the name of Ryan Kennelly set a new world bench press record. Mr. Kennelly , who weighs 290 lbs., bench pressed a total weight of 1050 pounds, nearly 4 times his body weight. Ryan owned the previous world bench press record of 1036 pounds which was 26 pounds more than Gene Rychlak Jr.’s record of 1010 pounds on the bench. |
