What Bodybuilding Supplements Are You Taking?
Posted by Administrator - 15/04/08 at 02:04:21 amSeven to ten years ago there were all kinds of legal, over the counter supplements sold at all the big supplement stores, plenty of online stores, ebay, and even at places like Wal-Mart that were exciting, powerful, and effective. From Pro-hormones to high-powered energy pills packed with ma-huang, there were legal performance enhancers that really worked. 1-Ad was Awesome! Extreme Ripped Fuel used to be great! Speed Stack actually gave you speed! Now it seems all that’s out there is creatine, nitric oxide, and caffeine.
I look online and at my local GNC for something that’s new, powerful, and/or effective, and I find nothing but the same old shit. Are you taking something that’s powerful, either for weight loss, energy, or muscle building? If you’re taking something that you really like, and it’s legal, please post a comment and share what it is and why you like it.

It can find in many food supplements.
[ publish ] EGCG and HIV
There was research studying the advantage of EGCG of the green tea in the treatment of the infection by the HIV. A study examined the molecular fastener of EGCG to the molecule of receiver CD4 on the human lymphocytes. Receiver CD4 is the site where fasteners of virus of HIV to a cell before infecting it. To bind to CD4, HIV uses its own receiver gp120. the study found the obviousness clear fastener of high-affinity of EGCG to molecule CD4 and with the inhibition of gp120 binding to the human cells of T of CD4+. [ 3][4 ] the mechanism is very similar to a new anti-HIV class of the drugs, the inhibitors of entry. For reasons not included/understood yet, EGCG seems to have an inhibiting effect on other stages of the cycle of life of HIV, including the removal of the reversed-transcriptase concentration and the decreased protease kinetics.[5 ] these effects was only observed in studies of laboratory, not in individuals of HIV+. The concentrations of EGCG used in the studies could not be reached by drinking green tea. More study on EGCG and HIV is currently in hand.
CONJUGATED LINOLEIC acid (CLA) - EGCG is also associated with stimulating thermogenesis, a process with a vital role in promoting weight loss. Thermogenesis occurs in our bodies through a series of chemical reactions in which fat molecules are “burned” to form carbon dioxide and water. These reactions release heat which help reduce fat molecules
The researchers of private clinic of Mayo concentrated on the green tea for at least three reasons. One, since the Seventies, of the epidemiologic studies of cancer proved that in the areas of the world where the green tea is consumed, the incidence of cancers full with tumour such as the centre, lung and cancers gastro-intestinal is lower. Secondly, the test of mouse-model of the properties of the cancer-prevention of the green tea showed that they are protected from the full tumours. And one proved that three, in the laboratory, the component of EGCG of the green tea induce death in cells of cancer of the full tumours.
The search for private clinic of Mayo suggests work of EGCG by preventing a way in the cells of leukaemia related to the angiogenesis — the complex process which maintains the flow nutritive of blood to a biological structure, in this case a cell of cancer.
