Train Like An Elite Boxer
Have you ever seen the amazing shape (most) boxers are in? I just watched a preview for the upcoming Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight coming up in March of next year, and I must say, I am totally motivated. These two boxers are unbelievable. It’s a shame one of them will most likely take a loss when the fight is over. These two could potentially go 12 rounds. That’s 12 rounds of non stop cardio.
We’re talking about superior strength and conditioning. I wouldn’t mind being in peak physical shape like these two, so I decided to research a training regiment that could provide me an opportunity to have a world-class physique.
If you would like to attend this fight on March 13th, 2010 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada, go ahead and get your Mayweather versus Pacquiao tickets right now!
To train like a boxer, you need to focus on cardio that will build up your endurance. To have great endurance, try jumping rope, running, and agility drills. Training to failure is crucial for a boxer because he needs to be able to last 3 minute rounds of constant movement for up to 12 rounds in a fight. Your body needs to be prepared for this, or lactic acid buildup can finish off a boxer. For weight training, use very high reps.
