Thermogenesis occurs in our bodies through a series of chemical reactions in which fat molecules are “burned” to form carbon dioxide and water. These reactions release heat which help reduce fat molecules

The researchers of private clinic of Mayo concentrated on the green tea for at least three reasons. One, since the Seventies, of the epidemiologic studies of cancer proved that in the areas of the world where the green tea is consumed, the incidence of cancers full with tumour such as the centre, lung and cancers gastro-intestinal is lower.
